The government decides,in principle,to change the pricing mechanism for petroleum products and narrow down it's period to cater the fast changing currency exchange rate in a bid to Minimise losses faced by oil . marketing companies and refineries.they have also been given a commitment that their margins will be increased on a par with dealers.
